Farooq was able to walk me through the application process, stress free and allowed me to receive some extra funding when it was dearly needed.
Fast forward to today and Farooq once again assistant us in receiving the Canada Digital Adoption Program Grant. Again, stress free. I reached out to 3 of the government provided options for the CDAP Grant, after asking my accountant who said that they were not doing that. One never responded to me, one found out I was a different time zone and told me to find someone closer to home. ADA CPA responded within 12 hours, and we got started almost right away. They have made the whole process very simple and quick. I qualified for the Grant and an Interest Free Loan from the government CDAP program. Farooq has been incredibly helpful with other financial and tax related issues. He is so quick and thorough, that we have decided to move over all of our accounting to ADA CPA. I have been a Dentist for 10 years now, and I have been given a lot of bad advice from accountants. I have often wondered why I pay my accountants so much if I am the one telling him about grants and tax credits. I feel like an accountant should be working to save you money, not just doing your taxes and taking a payment. Farooq and the team at ADA CPA works for you. Then, over time, I have had the opportunity to make adjustments and learn more specifically how the things we learn from Farooq can shape the way we move forward as an office. We have been working with Farooq and his team for about nine months and we’re so glad we decided to use his dental consulting services. Farooq is knowledgeable, realistic, and a very effective communicator. Our practice is well established and productive, but we were having a difficult time identifying inefficiencies in old systems that have, “always been done this way”. Farooq and his team did a deep drive into our clinic’s inner workings and identified specific areas we should be focusing on to become even more productive. After identifying our areas needing improvement and offering solutions, he was able to quantify our gains. We were able to increase our efficiencies and grow our practice by 15% based on last year’s statistics.
