“I was referred to Farooq initially during the Covid Pandemic. A colleague reached out to me to connect me with Farooq to apply for the BC small business Recovery Grant. At the stressful time, I was not even aware of this grant. Farooq was able to walk me through the application process, stress free and allowed me to receive some extra funding when it was dearly needed.
Fast forward to today and Farooq once again assistant us in receiving the Canada Digital Adoption Program Grant. Again, stress free. We used this to work with Farooq and his company who provided valuable analytics to help me understand the strengths and weakness of my business as they are today and how to improve it going forward. I reached out to 3 of the government provided options for the CDAP Grant, after asking my accountant who said that they were not doing that. One never responded to me, one found out I was a different time zone and told me to find someone closer to home. ADA CPA responded within 12 hours, and we got started almost right away. They have made the whole process very simple and quick. I qualified for the Grant and an Interest Free Loan from the government CDAP program. Farooq has been incredibly helpful with other financial and tax related issues. He is so quick and thorough, that we have decided to move over all of our accounting to ADA CPA. I have been a Dentist for 10 years now, and I have been given a lot of bad advice from accountants. I have often wondered why I pay my accountants so much if I am the one telling him about grants and tax credits. I feel like an accountant should be working to save you money, not just doing your taxes and taking a payment. Farooq and the team at ADA CPA works for you. They understand Dentists, and know how to help you make money, save money and keep your money. I highly recommend ADA CPA for any Dentist. You won’t regret using them.

We have been working with Farooq for some time now. His insights at the beginning were very helpful in assessing our efficiency and systems. Then, over time, I have had the opportunity to make adjustments and learn more specifically how the things we learn from Farooq can shape the way we move forward as an office. We have used his knowledge inform specifics in hiring such as our capacity for more hygiene hours, we have also used them to guide our ordering systems and booking protocols. Working together has been so helpful. It is abundantly clear to me that this helps us in the short term in a literal way but also will benefit the practice in the long term as we have learned other critical considerations to be used by our management team.
